End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective Date: January 13, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and SageMatrimony ("Company", "we", "us") regarding your use of the SageMatrimony mobile application ("App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the App.
1. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content
SageMatrimony is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content and abusive behavior.
You agree NOT to post, upload, or share content that is:
- Defamatory, discriminatory, or mean-spirited.
- Sexually explicit, pornographic, or contains nudity.
- Harassing, threatening, or bullying towards other users.
- Promotes illegal acts or violence.
- Spam or fraudulent in nature.
2. Content Moderation & Enforcement
To ensure the safety of our community, SageMatrimony employs the following measures:
- Automated Filtering: We use automated systems to detect and block profanity and inappropriate keywords.
- User Reporting: Users can flag objectionable content or abusive users directly within the App via the "Report" button found on profiles and in chats.
- Blocking: Users can block other users instantly to prevent further interaction.
- 24-Hour Review: Our moderation team reviews all reported content within 24 hours.
Violation Consequences: Users found violating this EULA will have their content removed and will be subject to immediate account suspension or permanent termination (ban) at the sole discretion of SageMatrimony.
3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. SageMatrimony does not conduct criminal background checks on its users. You agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions with other users, particularly if you decide to meet offline or in person.
4. License Grant
SageMatrimony grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SageMatrimony disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or SageMatrimony. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
