If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use SageMatrimony.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use SageMatrimony.
- By registering, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
- SageMatrimony is intended strictly for individuals seeking serious matrimonial relationships or marriage.
- Casual dating, friendship, escorting, or commercial use of the Platform is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be misusing the Platform or providing false information.
2. Account Registration and Security
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to notify SageMatrimony immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- SageMatrimony is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
3. User-Generated Content
SageMatrimony allows users to create profiles, upload photos, and exchange messages. You are solely responsible for the content you post, upload, or transmit through the Platform.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use SageMatrimony in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner. You agree not to:
- Post, upload, or share content that is obscene, sexually explicit, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory.
- Upload inappropriate profile photos, including nudity or sexually suggestive content.
- Send abusive, threatening, misleading, or inappropriate messages to other users.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.
- Engage in stalking, harassment, or any form of harmful behavior.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to extract data from the Platform.
- Use the Platform for advertising, solicitation, or commercial purposes.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without notice.
5. Community Guidelines and Content Moderation
SageMatrimony is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and abuse-free environment for all users.
- Users may report profiles, messages, or photos that violate these Terms.
- Users may block other users at any time to prevent further interaction.
- Reported content is reviewed by our moderation team.
- Content found to violate these Terms will be removed.
- Users engaging in objectionable behavior may be warned, suspended, or permanently banned.
- SageMatrimony commits to reviewing and acting on valid reports within 24 hours.
SageMatrimony reserves the right to remove any content or user account at its sole discretion to protect the community.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
7. Termination
SageMatrimony may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the Platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
SageMatrimony is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from the use of the Platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SageMatrimony shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Canada.

SageMatrimony reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform, and continued use indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
